Private sessions

  • Learn about your body’s strengths, muscle imbalances, mobility, and restrictions. Regular private sessions allow you to expand your knowledge and skills with tailor-made sessions just for you. Regardless of the equipment available, I’m ready and able to help you reach your goals. When working virtually, I will adapt our sessions to whatever you have and can help you decide what equipment or small apparatus is right for you.

  • Clients enrolled in regular weekly sessions are eligible for Fascial Manipulation treatments.

    Please reach out to schedule a consultation for your dog or horse for Fascial Manipulation. Most cases require at least 3 treatments to address the animal’s issue fully.

  • I split my time between Kingston, NY and NYC. When schedules permit, in-home sessions are available in those areas. In-person studio sessions are limited but offered in NYC on a case-by-case basis. I’m happy to accommodate your needs with virtual or in-person sessions if you have your own equipment, ensuring your comfort and convenience.

Single Session - $176 incl tx

In-home Session - $260 incl tx

Fascial Manipulation is offered as an in-home session. Initial human sessions may require additional time.

An additional rate may apply if located more than a 30-minute drive from Kingston, NY.

Group rates are available when more than one animal is treated in the same location
